Manchester city have confirmed the signing of IIkay Gundogan from German side Borussia Dortmound on a reported four year contract.

The Germany international, who will not feature for Germany in the euro 2016 due to a knee injury confirm the news in a video posted on city's official tweeter feed.
He said : " Hello city fans. You have been tweeting me for a long time and i officially announce that I am a Manchester city player. Hope to see you soon."
Though no official transfer fee has been confirmed but it is believed to be in the region of 21 million pounds.
Gundogan made 157 appearance in his five years at Dortmound having joined the club from FC Nurnberg in 2011.
Gundogan is a typical box-to-box midfielder who is very strong in the air and is never afraid to commit to a tackle. He has made 16 appearance for the German national team.
